Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so we have everything you need to get your day off to a good start. Delicious coffee and tea specialties, freshly baked goods, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, fruits and nuts and a hot breakfast will give you a great start to your day. Enjoy your breakfast from 7.30am to 10am.
The in-house restaurant The Little Bastion will also offer you an ultimate gastronomic experience in a truly historic venue. The menu features contemporary Mediterranean dishes with a local touch and only using the finest local and seasonal produce and ingredients. And in the warmer months, you can enjoy a nice dinner on the terrace, with the imposing bastions and the marina as your backdrop.

For our guests who are looking for a perfect date on the beautiful island of Malta, we can offer a picnic setup so that you can discover the joy of outdoor gatherings. Our picnic setup is a feast for the senses, with mouthwatering delicacies, a cozy setup and laughter-filled moments. If you are the romantic type and would like to surprise your partner with a picnic by the sea, we can provide you with everything that you need. There are numerous picnic spots across the island which give you stunning views and fresh sea breezes and we’d gladly help you pick up the perfect spot. So gather your loved ones, spread those blankets and let the picnic vibes begin.
For those guests who are looking to spend a day out at sea, we can also offer a luxury boat day trip, combining historical architecture, spectacular landscapes and a cosmopolitan café culture. With convenient boarding from the hotel’s own pontoon in the Grand Harbour, accessible right from the Cugó Gran Macina, you can explore the islands on a full-day charter, taking a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters and venturing into captivating caves, before enjoying a delightful lunch on the shore. The charters are run by our sister company, Von der Heyden Yachting and can be booked through our concierge.
If you are travelling with children, we will make sure that you will have the best holiday with your family. We offer cribs free of charge on request (up to the age of 3), as long as they are available and your child will be so comfortable in their beds that you’ll have a hard time to get them to wake up.
The hotels offers an in-room massage service including a variety of body treatments and facials, giving you a much needed escape and a holistic experience. Feel energised, refreshed and radiant. You can book one of the treatments at the reception.
